By purchasing a ticket to the College Youth Games, all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions.



1. Ticket Purchase

All tickets must be purchased through the official College Youth Games ticketing platform.

A valid ticket is required for entry.

Tickets may not be copied, duplicated, or altered in any way.

The College Youth Games reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket is deemed invalid or fraudulent.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or non-attendance.

If the event is cancelled by the organisers and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, excluding any third-party processing fees where applicable.

If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new event date.

3. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 48 hours before the event.

The original purchaser must notify the organisers of the transfer details prior to the event.

Transfers requested on the day of the event may not be accepted.

4. Event Changes

The organisers reserve the right to amend the event schedule, competition format, venue, divisions, workouts, or programme where necessary.

Changes may occur due to weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.

5. Admission & Conduct

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:

Behaves in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsafe manner.

Damages property or equipment.

Fails to comply with venue rules or event staff instructions.

No refund will be provided to anyone removed from the event.

6. Health & Safety

All attendees enter the venue at their own risk.

Attendees must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff and venue management.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors in their care.

7. Photography & Media

By attending the College Youth Games, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

The College Youth Games may use photographs, video footage, and other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, social media, and future event purposes without compensation.

8. Personal Property

The College Youth Games and venue operators are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Attendees are responsible for their own possessions at all times.

9. Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or interruption of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or venue issues.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights available under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

11. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the College Youth Games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
